Cindy Simmons has been a resident of Manatee County since 1960 and has worked on Anna Maria Island in vacation rentals for 23 years. Wagner Realty is very honored to have Cindy with the company for 23 years.

Cindy graduated from the University of Florida, and spent time in Atlanta Georgia raising her daughter.

Cindy moved back to Florida to be closer to family, and has not looked back. She will spend her free time with friends and family, and loving on her kitty cat "Dash".
